This Order bringd into force the following provisions of the Local Government Act 1992—section 9 and section 11, so far as the latter relates to paragraphs 6, 7, 13 and 14 of Schedule 1, on 4th January 1993;section 10 and section 11, so far as the latter relates to paragraphs 1 and 11 of Schedule 1, on 14th February 1993;section 11, so far as the latter relates to paragraphs 2(2), (3) and 8 of Schedule 1, on 14th March 1994.
