2.—(1) In article 3 of the principal Order (use classes)—
(a)in paragraph (4), for “classes B3 to B7” substitute “classes B4 to B7”;
(b)in paragraph (6), after sub-paragraph (g) insert “(h) for any work registrable under the Alkali, etc. Works Regulation Act 1906”(1).
(2) In Part B of the Schedule to the principal Order—
(a)in Class B2, for “classes B3 to B7” substitute “classes B4 to B7”;
(b)omit Class B3 (Special Industrial Group A).
