SCHEDULE 1
The works referred to in this Order and shown on the deposited plan marked “The Highland Regional Council (Abhainn Mhungasdail) Water Order 1992 Plans & Sections of Works” are—
| Work No.1 | River training works and a weir with lowest sill level 52.30 metres or thereby above Ordnance Datum at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference NM 5650 5410, incorporating an approved gauge, situated 560 metres or thereby north-east of the point where the B849 road crosses the Abhainn Mhungasdail. |
| Work No.2 | Chambers incorporating an approved gauge situated immediately to the south of Work No.1. |
| Work No.3 | An intake pipe commencing at a point in the Abhainn Mhungasdail 4 metres or thereby north-east of Work No.2 and terminating within Work No.2. |
