2. In Regulation 21 (direct credit transfer)–
(a)at the beginning of paragraph (3) there shall be inserted the words “Subject to paragraph (3A)”;
(b)after paragraph (3) there shall be inserted the following paragraph–
“(3A) Income Support shall be paid in accordance with paragraph (1) within 7 days of the time determined for the payment of income support in accordance with Schedule 7.”;
(c)in paragraph (4) after the words “paragraph (3)” there shall be inserted the words “or (3A)”;
(d)in paragraph (6) after the words “family credit” there shall be inserted the words “unemployment benefit, income support, sickness benefit, invalidity benefit, severe disablement allowance”.
