12. This Order applies to or in relation to any ship or aircraft or any body corporate that purports to be registered in any particular place or, as the case may be, that purports to be incorporated or constituted under the law of any particular place as it applies to or in relation to any ship or aircraft that is so registered or any body corporate that is so incorporated or constituted.
