1.  This Order may be cited as the Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 23rd March 1993.

2.  The Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) Order 1990(1) shall be amended by adding to the first column of Schedule 1 to that Order the bodies set out in the first column of the Schedule to this Order and by adding to the second column of Schedule 1 to that Order the classes of members or employees of those bodies set out in the second column of the Schedule to this Order.
