SCHEDULE 10PROVISIONS CONCERNING MEAT INTENDED FOR CUTTING

Cutting shall be carried out in such a way so as to avoid any soiling of the meat.Splinters of bone and clots of blood shall be removed.Meat obtained from cutting and not intended for human consumption shall be collected in the containers or rooms referred to in paragraph 4(d) of Schedule 1 as it is cut.
