SCHEDULE 16QUALIFICATIONS OF INSPECTORS

3.  The holder of any of the qualifications specified in paragraph 3 of the Schedule to the Authorised Officers (Meat Inspection) Regulations 1987(1), who has undertaken a further course of training in poultry meat hygiene and inspection acceptable to the Minister.
