16. No rabbit shall be slaughtered for human consumption if it has been established that—
(a)the rabbit is suffering from a disease which can be transmitted to humans or animals, or shows symptoms of such a disease, or the general condition of the rabbit is such as to indicate that such a disease may occur;
(b)the rabbit shows symptoms of a disease or disorder affecting its general condition which may make the meat unfit for human consumption.
