Citation and commencement

1.  This Order, which implements article 10.3 of Council Directive 92/65/EEC (laying down animal health requirements governing trade in and imports into the Community of animals, semen, ova and embryos not subject to animal health requirements laid down in specific Community rules referred to in Council Directive 90/425/EEC)(1), may be cited as the Rabies (Importation of Dogs, Cats and Other Mammals) (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st July 1994.
