The Rules of the Court of Session 19945 shall be amended in accordance with the following sub-paragraphs.

After Chapter 80, insert Chapter 81 as set out in Schedule 1 to this Act of Sederunt.

In the appendix, after Form 77.11, insert the forms in Schedule 2 to this Act of Sederunt.
