Regulation 12(a)
1. Mail order catalogues and other printed communications referred to in regulation 12 (printed communications) shall contain the following information, given in the order specified below:
(a)energy efficiency class in accordance with paragraph 1(4) of Schedule 2 (energy efficiency class);
(b)energy consumption in accordance with paragraph 1(6) of that Schedule (energy consumption);
(c)net storage volume of the fresh food compartment in accordance with paragraph 1(7) or, as the case may be, paragraph 1(10) of that Schedule (net storage volume);
(d)net storage volume of the frozen food compartment in accordance with paragraph 1(8) or, as the case may be, paragraph 1(9) or (10) of that Schedule (net storage volume);
(e)star rating in accordance with paragraph 1(11) of that Schedule (star rating of frozen food storage compartment).
2. Where other information contained in the information notice is provided, it shall be in the form defined in Schedule 2 and shall be included in the list set out in paragraph 1 above in the order specified in that Schedule.
3. The size and font, in which all the information referred to above is printed, shall be legible.
