Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Electromagnetic Compatibility (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force as follows—
a
regulations 1, 2 and 6(1), on 30th December 1994;
b
regulation 6(2), on 1st May 1995; and
c
the remainder, on 1st January 1995.
