SCHEDULEPROVISIONS OF THE ACT COMING INTO FORCE

Provisions of the Act	Subject matter of provisions
In section 65(1)(b), the words “in section 25, the words “and shall not be opened” onwards,”.	Enactment to cease to have effect.
Section 68(1) in so far as it relates to the entries in Schedule 4 referred to below.	Repeal of enactments.
In Part I of Schedule 4– in the entry relating to the Tramways Act 1870, the words “In section 25, the words “and shall not be opened” onwards.”; the entry relating to section 41 of the Road and Rail Traffic Act 1933; the entry relating to section 125(4) of the Transport Act 19685.	Repeal of enactments.
