Amendment of regulation 9 of the Collection and Enforcement RegulationsE+W+S

15.  For paragraphs (d) and (e) of regulation 9 of the Collection and Enforcement Regulations M1, there shall be substituted the following paragraphs—

“(d)the normal deduction rate or rates and the date upon which each is to take effect;

(e)the protected earnings rate;”.
