In paragraph (1) of regulation 14 of the Maintenance Assessment Procedure Regulations (notification of cancellation of maintenance assessment), after the word “assessment,” there shall be inserted the words “ except a Category A or Category D interim maintenance assessment falling within regulation 9, ”.
