There shall, with effect from 8th November 1995, be established in accordance with the following provisions of this Order ten joint boards to be known by the names specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Order.

There is hereby delegated to each board all the functions which the constituent authorities of that board would otherwise have had under the Valuation Acts in consequence of section 27 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994.
