Citation and commencement1

This Order may be cited as the Strathclyde Passenger Transport Authority (Constitution, Membership and Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 1995.

This Order shall come into force—
a
on 18th December 1995 in relation to Article 19 and Schedule 3; and
b
on 1st April 1996 in relation to the remaining provisions.
