Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These rules may be cited as the Land Registration (No. 3) Rules 1995 and shall come into force on 1st January 1996.

In these rules:
a
“the principal rules” means the Land Registration Rules 19253;
b
a rule referred to by number means the rule so numbered in the principal rules.
