3. In regulation 4 (dental list), in paragraph (1)(a), for “25(2A) or 30(1)” there shall be substituted “25(2A), 30(1), 31(b), 32A(3), 32B(1) or 32D(2)(1)”.
Section 32D was also inserted by section 8 of the National Health Service (Amendment) Act 1995.
