HIGHWAYS ENGLAND AND WALES

The A15 (Brigg and Redbourne Bypass) (Trunking) Order 1955

Coming into force

1st April 1995

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980(1), and not vested in him(2), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the A15 (Brigg and Redbourne Bypass) (Trunking) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

2.  The length of highway described in the Schedule to this Order shall become a trunk road as from the date when this Order comes into force.

3.  The centre line of the new trunk road is indicated by a heavy black line on the plan numbered HA 10/YHNMD 3, marked “The A15 Trunk Road (Brigg and Redbourne Bypass) (Trunking) Order 1995”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport and desosited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY.

THE SCHEDULELENGTH OF HIGHWAY BECOMING A TRUNK ROAD

The length of highway becoming a trunk road is:—

(1) The A15 from a point at the north of the M180 (Junction 4) Roundabout in the Borough of Glanford in the County of Humberside southwards to a point where it meets the Humberside County Boundary, a distance of 9.52 kilometres.
