There are hereby specified for the purposes of section 71 (control of minority interests) companies, other than regulated companies and companies within any description set out in the Schedule to this Order, in which any person associated with a local authority (within the meaning of section 69(5)) has a right to vote at a general meeting or of which any such person is a director.
