Amendment of regulation 105 of the Housing Benefit Regulations

18. In regulation 105 of the Housing Benefit Regulations (recovery of overpayments from prescribed benefits)(1) in paragraph (1) at the end there shall be added the following sub-paragraph—

“(e)a jobseeker’s allowance.”.
