Consequential amendment to regulation 87 (unbraked trailers)8
In regulation 87(2)(b) for “paragraphs (b)” onwards there shall be substituted “paragraph (b), (bb), (bc), (c), (d), (e), (f) or (g) of regulation 16(3)”.
