Amendment of regulations relating to the assessment of environmental effects
21.—(1) In regulation 2(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1988(1), for the definition of “special waste” there shall be substituted—
““special waste” means waste which is special waste for the purposes of the Special Waste Regulations 1996;”.
(2) In regulation 4(1) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1988(2), for the definition of “special waste” there shall be substituted—
““special waste” means waste which is special waste for the purposes of the Special Waste Regulations 1996;”.
