The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 22(1)(b) and (c) and 51 of the Gaming Act 1968(1) and after consultation with the Gaming Board for Great Britain in accordance with subsection (2) of the said section 51, hereby makes the following Regulations:
