2.—(1) The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986(1) shall be further amended as follows.
(2) In paragraphs (10) and (10B)(c) of regulation 61 (emissions) for “1st May 1998” in both places where those words occur there shall be substituted “1st July 1998”.
