Amendment of Schedule 7B (emissions from certain motor vehicles)4
In Schedule 7B, in paragraph 7 for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—
b
“the emissions publication” is the publication entitled “In-Service Exhaust Emissions Standards for Road Vehicles—Fourth Edition” (ISBN 0-9526457-3-4) published by the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions.
