Powers of sheriff10
Anything which, under or by virtue of any enactment or other rule of law, requires to be done or may be done by a sheriff in relation to criminal proceedings may, in relation to proceedings conducted by virtue of this Order, be done—
a
by any sheriff who would have jurisdiction if the proceedings were taking place in Scotland; and
b
at the premises of the court.
