3. In section 8A(1) of the Forestry Act 1967 (general duty of Ministers), for “of Great Britain” there is substituted “of England and Wales and the Scottish Ministers shall have regard to the national interest in maintaining and expanding the forestry resources of Scotland”.U.K.
