Sections 33 to 368

The amendments to the 1992 Act, the 1996 Act and the Employment Rights (Dispute Resolution) Act 19987 made by sections 33, 34 and 36 of the Act and the repeals specified in Part 10 of Schedule 9 to the Act, to the extent that they are brought into force by this Order, shall have effect in relation to dismissals only where the effective date of termination (within the meaning of section 97 of the 1996 Act) falls on or after 25th October 1999.
