Citation and commencement
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Brake Linings Safety Regulations 1999.
(2) This regulation and regulations 2, 3 and 7 shall come into force on 24th November 1999 and the remaining provisions of these Regulations on 31st March 2001.
