3. The following provisions of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 shall come into force on 8th May 2000:–

section 128, in its application to the Authority
section 129, in its application to the Authority
section 130, in its application to the Authority
section 131, in its application to the Authority
section 132, in its application to the Authority
section 133, in its application to the Authority
section 134
section 137
section 387, for the purposes of its application to the Authority
section 388, for the purposes of paragraph (a)
section 392, for the purposes of (3)(a)
section 393, for the purposes of its application to the Authority
