Until the coming into force of any provision made by or under an Act of the Scottish Parliament for the disposal of or accounting for sums received by the Parliamentary corporation, section 21(7) (receipts of the Parliamentary corporation) shall have effect as if the reference to an Act of the Scottish Parliament included a reference to subordinate legislation under section 129(1).
