42. In section 13(7)(1) of that Act (supply of information on pensions for widows and widowers), for “Department” there is substituted “Inland Revenue” and for “it” there is substituted “the Inland Revenue”.
Subsection (1) was amended by paragraph 22 of Schedule 3 to the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1995.
