66. In section 57(1) of that Act (deduction of contributions equivalent premium from refund of scheme contributions) after subsection (11) there is added—
“(12) In this section “prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made by the Secretary of State.”.
Section 57 was amended by paragraph 47 of Schedule 3 to the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1995.
