73. In section 164(1) (breach of regulations) after subsection (10) there is inserted—
“(11) In this section “regulations” means regulations made by the Department or, as the case may be, the Secretary of State and “prescribed” shall be construed accordingly.”.
Section 164 was substituted by Article 151(1) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1995.
