At any stage of any proceedings before her, the registrar may direct that the parties to the proceedings attend a case management conference where they shall have an opportunity to be heard with regard to the future conduct of the proceedings, and in particular with regard to the proposed exercise of any of the registrar’s powers. The registrar shall give the parties at least fourteen days notice of the date of the case management conference.
37. Before hearing any party that desires to be heard in any proceedings before her, the registrar may direct that the parties to the proceedings attend a pre-hearing review at which she may give such directions as to the conduct of the hearing as she may think fit. The registrar shall give the parties at least fourteen days notice of the date of the pre-hearing review.
