18.  In regulation 7A—

(a)in the heading and in paragraph (1) for the words “and 7(2)(c)" there shall be substituted the words “ , 7(2)(c) and (5) ”;

(b)in the definition of “incapacity benefit decision" after the words “ relevant benefit" there shall be inserted the words “ or relevant credit ”; and

(c)in the definition of “incapacity determination" for the words “ all work test" there shall be substituted the words “ personal capability assessment ”M1.
