SCHEDULE 1ENACTMENTS CONFERRING FUNCTIONS TRANSFERRED ETC. BY ARTICLE 2

Public General Acts

  • Board of Agriculture Act 1889 (c. 30) in respect of the function exercisable by the Secretary of State by the 1978 transfer order.

  • Minister of Food (Financial Powers) Act 1949 (c. 15) in respect of the function exercisable by the Secretary of State by the 1978 transfer order.

  • Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1968 (c. 34) section 45 so far as transferred to the Secretary of State for Wales by the 1969 transfer order and the 1978 transfer order. Article 2(3) of this Order shall not have effect in relation to the functions under this section(1)

  • Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (c .78) sections 250 to 252(2)

  • Transport Act 1985 (c. 67) section 111(3).

  • Housing and Planning Act 1986 (c. 63) No functions are transferred but it is directed that the functions under section 42 shall be exercisable by the Assembly concurrently with any Minister of the Crown by whom they are exercisable.

  • Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c. 43) the functions of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food under Part VI(4).

  • Jobseekers Act 1995 (c. 18) section 30.

  • School Inspections Act 1996 (c. 57) in respect of section 4(4) and paragraph 3 of Schedule 1. The “Minister of the Civil Service” approval requirement under paragraph 3(4) of Schedule 1 shall continue in effect(5).

  • School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (c. 31) section 144(6)

  • Tax Credits Act 1999 (c. 10) section 15 so far as it confers on the Secretary of State the function of accrediting organisations in accordance with criteria determined by or under a scheme made under that section.
