Establishment of foundation bodies6
After establishment of the foundation body and before the formation date, the initial governor Members shall—
a
adopt the instrument of government in the form approved by the Secretary of State;
b
appoint community members from those nominated in accordance with regulation 9(2); and
c
select persons to be appointed as foundation governors to schools in the group,
and the foundation body may only exercise its powers before that date for or in connection with those purposes.
