NATIONAL LOTTERY

The Apportionment of Money in the National Lottery Distribution Fund Order 2000

Whereas a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament pursuant to section 60(2) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993(1);

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 28 of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993(2), after consultation with the Scottish Ministers, hereby makes the following Order:

1993 c. 39. Section 60 of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 was amended by section 15 of the National Lottery Act 1998 (c. 22).

The functions of the Secretary of State under this section, so far as they are exercisable by him in or as regards Scotland, are exercisable only after consultation with the Scottish Ministers: article 4 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc.) Order 1999, S.I. 1999/1750.
