In section 28 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (retention or resumption of land required for public purposes)14–
a
in subsection (5)(d), after “Special Health Authority” there is inserted “ , any Primary Care Trust”;
b
in subsection (6)(c), after “Special Health Authority” there is inserted “ , Primary Care Trust”.
