144.  In column 1 of the Schedule to the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Authorisations Extending to Scotland) Order 2000 (1) for the words “The Post Office” are substituted the words “A universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) acting in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act)”.
