Forestry Act 196723

After section 40(2)(d) of the Forestry Act 196726 (land not subject to compulsory purchase under the Act) is inserted—

land held or used by a universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) for any purpose in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act).
