Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 198979
In Article 342(1) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 198980 (re-direction of bankrupt’s letters, etc.) for the words “the Post Office”, where these words appear for the first time, are substituted the words—
a
“a postal operator (within the meaning given by section 125(1) of the Postal Services Act 2000)”; and
b
for the words “Post Office Act 1953” are substituted the words “Postal Services Act 2000”.
