RATING AND VALUATION, ENGLAND

These Regulations amend the Non-Domestic Rating (Alteration of Lists and Appeals) Regulations 1993 to extend, in the cases specified, the time from which an alteration to the list will have effect. The cases are in relation to local rating lists compiled in 2000 where—the alteration is made pursuant to a proposal served after 31st March and before 1st July 2001;the grounds of the proposal arose before 1st April 2001; andthe relevant hereditament is in an area listed in Schedule 3.
