The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2001 1Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent 2Fees for certain applications under the General Permitted Development Order 2001 No. 2719 Made 25th July 2001 Coming into force 22nd August 2001 The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 303 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations, a draft of which has been laid before and approved by each House of Parliament. 1990 c. 8: section 303 was amended by paragraph 10 of Schedule 13 to the Environment Protection Act 1990 (c. 43), and section 6(6) of the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 (c. 34). See section 336(1) of the 1990 Act for the definition of “prescribed”. The functions of the Secretary of State under section 303 were, so far as exercisable in relation to Wales, transferred to the National Assembly for Wales by article 2 of and Schedule 1 to the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of functions) Order 1999, S.I. 1999/672; see entry in Schedule 1 for the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (c. 8).
