Official receivers and deputy official receivers have right of audience in railway administration proceedings.

Subject as above, rights of audience in railway administration proceedings are the same as obtain in insolvency proceedings.

In this Rule “insolvency proceedings” has the same meaning as in the Insolvency Rules.
