In paragraph (1)(c) of regulation B6(1) of the National Health Service Superannuation Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 1995 (opting into the scheme: mis-sold pensions), after the words “section 62 of the Financial Services Act 1986” add “or section 150 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000”.
